It's important that prior to applying for your visa, you register and pay for your Congress registration. Only then will you receive a letter (via email) that can be used to support your visa application.
Registration must be submitted by secure online registration. Registration must be completed by May 30, 2017 to incur the early bird rates.
After this date the rates will increase as per the table below. All payment methods are accepted: bank transfer, credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO).
To secure your place at the conference, please make payment within 8 days of registration. Registration forms received without payment will not be confirmed until the payment is received.

In order to register as a student, an official proof of student status (in English) is required. Without proof of your student status, you will not be entitled to the student registration fees.

In order to benefit from the Early-bird rate, we must receive the payment of your conference fee no later than JUNE 30, 2017. Although we endeavour to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this. In the event of late notification of abstract rejection, a refund can be made.
Early Bird fees must reach us no later than June 30, 2017.
Other payments should reach us no later than August 20, 2017 in order to ensure the publication of accepted abstracts. For all accepted paper at least one author must register at the appropriate rate.
Registrations can still be made after this date. ON SITE registration will be possible but only with a credit/debit cards.
Based on the pro-forma invoice you can start the payment procedure. You will receive your pro-forma invoice(s) to your email after the registration. The letter of confirmation must be presented upon registration at the beginning of the conference.

Credit card payment is also available via our registration system. After submitting your registration you will find a 'PAYMENT TYPE' drop down button selected for „Pay by credit or debit card“.
Clicking on this button you can get to the payment gateway website and finalize your payment. After payment you will receive an e-mail about the result of the transaction.
